Recently, MEGAHUNT introduced its MH242x series of 32-bit high-performance MCUs. The new series is designed for industrial control and intelligent terminal applications, delivers significant improvements in computing performance, real-time control, analog capabilities, high-speed communication, and hardware/software compatibility, providing customers with more efficient and flexible solutions.
The MH242x series based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4F core with FPU and MPU, the operating frequency is up to 240MHz. It supports power supply voltage from 1.8 to 3.6 V and supports a temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, meeting the stable operation demand in complex environments. The MH242x series featuring up to 1024 KB Flash, 256 SRAM, and up to 128KB CCM execution area. It also features a rich set of digital, analog, and display peripherals, including a high-speed ADC supporting a sampling rate of up to 5.33MSPS.
The MH242x family includes four sub-series: MH2425, MH2427, MH2429, and MH24D9, enabling developers to select the optimal configuration based on different performance, memory, and interface requirements.
