Megahunt has developed a turnkey gateway solution based on the SP2301, featuring a comprehensive set of interfaces including four RS485, two CAN, two 100/1000M Ethernet interfaces, and one USB 2.0 OTG. The gateway can be connected with the external CAT1/CAT4 and Wifi modules via mini-PCIe or M2M interfaces and includes support for an on-board TF card. It supports Linux or RTOS operating systems, and its hardware and software designs are freely open-sourced.
