Electric two-wheelers have become an important option for short urban journeys thanks to their convenience, cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness. Solution Overview

This reference solution for electric two-wheeler instrument cluster and central control uses the MH2457 series MCU as its main controller, and implements UI display and intelligent control functions based on the FreeRTOS real-time operating system and LVGL graphics library. It communicates with on-board systems via RS-485 or CAN bus to enable vehicle status monitoring and control. Meanwhile, it supports Bluetooth connectivity with smartphones, offering features including passive keyless entry, call notifications, music playback, navigation screen mirroring and over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates.

 

In addition, the solution integrates NFC technology to support vehicle unlocking, locking, startup and parking, ensuring safer and more convenient operation. Designed for displays up to 7 inches, it is applicable to smart instrument clusters and central control screens for electric two-wheelers.
